Job summary

HR GO Group is recruiting a meticulous Sales Ledger Administrator to join a small credit control team in Robertsbridge. You will handle payments, ledger entries and assist the Dutch department while maintaining accurate customer records. The role is office-based, full-time, Monday to Friday, with standard hours.

Candidates with accounts or admin experience, strong numeracy and Excel skills are preferred. Salary £28,000–£30,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Office or accounts administration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good numerical ability and accuracy.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Input and allocate customer payments against the correct customer ledger accounts.
• Check incoming payments and investigate discrepancies where necessary.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and chase overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate sales ledger records and ensure customer accounts are up to date.
• Provide sales ledger and credit control support to the Dutch department.
