Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Business Client Development
  • Deliver the Brand message to enhance the customer journey
  • Provide an extraordinary customer sales experience to impact sales results
  • Maximize potential across product categories through storytelling and fostering synergies
Leadership & Engagement Support
  • Support creating an inclusive, customer-first culture
  • Assist in using service metrics to deliver sales and profit results
  • Help develop team product knowledge and selling culture
Operations
  • Expertise in Ralph Lauren store systems, procedures, and cash management
  • Interpret key business reports
  • Uphold and coach brand standards and presentation
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and price changes
