Selwood Ltd in London (Dartford area) is seeking a Hire / Sales Controller to join our pump hire branches. You will handle quotations, contracts, POs and invoices, while communicating with clients and stakeholders. A proactive, organised approach and willingness to learn are essential.

You will work with a supportive branch team, use IT systems including Excel, Word and Outlook, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience handling hire and sales administration
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare hire/sales quotations, contracts, and purchase orders accurately.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure equipment, transport and workforce are available when needed.
