Job summary

Selwood, part of the Workdry International Group, is expanding its London (Dartford) team and seeks a Hire/Sales Controller. You’ll handle inbound calls/emails, process quotations and contracts, and coordinate equipment, transport and workforce to meet depot/customer needs.

Your day will involve strong communication, admin accuracy and the use of IT tools. You’ll learn our day-to-day operations and contribute to branch success.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to learn new skills and products.
• A good understanding of IT systems including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A good level of problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal with in-bound calls and emails, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, taking ownership of enquiries.
• Prioritise workload and ensure day-to-day customer requirements are met, completing hire/sales quotations, contracts, POs and invoices.
• Ensure contracts, transport documentation and paperwork are up to date on the systems.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure equipment, transport and workforce are in place to cover depot and customer requirements.
