Forward Assist Recruitment Ltd in Padiham is seeking a Business Development Executive to join the sales team. The role is varied and focused on building strong client relationships, cold calling, and cross-selling all services in the portfolio.

You will manage accounts, respond to inbound inquiries, quote larger projects with project planners, and drive lead generation. The position offers competitive pay (£29,000) plus commission and additional employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background and ability to build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Be comfortable cold calling; data provided and found online.
• Take inbound sales calls and cross-sell all services and products in the portfolio.
• Manage accounts and build on existing relationships to create further sales opportunities.
• Quote larger projects with Project Planners/Managers and ensure accurate quotes in the CRM.
• Lead generation: work with line manager to generate leads and report inbound opportunities.
• Identify potential clients and collaborate with marketing to drive customer satisfaction.
