Sales Floor Manager – Outbound Sales Manager - B2B SaaS - Manage a team of 10 - New business lead generation team – Manchester

Award-winning tech company 2024 – Stunning and realistic commission

£35,000 - £40,000 with OTE - uncapped! £60,000 with bonuses in Year 1.

Full product and CRM training – Manage a dynamic, hungry team of 8-12 SDRs

Monday to Friday – office hours.

Lead a sales team in an award-winning, market-leading business with global offices, offering very real opportunities for growth with innovative software solutions (3 core products).

The role involves managing an inside sales team in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment, coaching and mentoring sales professionals, and developing closing techniques and objection handling skills.

Requirements:

  • Must have managed an internal sales team in a fast-paced, outbound call centre environment leading a high-energy, competitive team to success.
  • Proficient in using data & CRM reports, analyzing statistics, and implementing changes.
  • Ability to set an example, motivate a team, and demonstrate professionalism and strong communication skills.
  • A natural leader with a passion for sales and sales management.
