Lookers Birmingham HUB

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum, with a basic of £25,000

Hours: 44 hours per week between Monday-Friday 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 18:00 & Sunday 10:00-16:00 (One day off in the week and weekends on rota basis)

Lookers Birmingham HUB is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly and dedicated team on site. Specializing in used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to deliver Lookers' first-class customer service.

As part of our sales team, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Our Sales Executives serve as key points of contact, paying close attention to detail to understand our customers' needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
  • Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Negotiating the final price for the sale
  • Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
  • Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to our customers

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You will be expected to meet targets, so ambition and a strong work ethic are essential.

Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. We welcome new and emerging talent to join our team. A full UK driving license is required, as you may be asked to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
