Job summary

AIM2LEARN in Leeds is seeking an enthusiastic outbound sales colleague to promote training programmes, identify learner needs and encourage enrolment.

You will follow up leads, maintain regular telephone contact to maximise conversion from enquiry to enrolment, enrol learners onto courses, and support them with any queries while using technology to pre-enrol and track progress before courses start.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound sales and engagement calls to promote our training programmes, identify learner needs and encourage enrolment.
• Following up leads and maintaining regular telephone contact with prospective learners to maximise conversion from enquiry to enrolment.
• Enrolling learners onto our training courses, ensuring that they are provided with all relevant information and supporting them with any queries.
