Job summary

Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join a dealership based in St Albans. You’ll be responsible for growing the business and delivering fantastic customer support to customers.

Responsibilities include achieving monthly targets for new and used vehicles, upselling add-ons, maintaining paperwork, and following up with customers using prospect files. Car sales experience is preferred.

The Role:

The Package:

Salary: £12,300 - £22,500 basic starting salary (DOE) + £40,000 - £50,000 OTE

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm/9:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. 1 in 2 Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm. No Sunday work.
