Prime Appointments Ltd is recruiting a Sales Executive for a busy role in the Retaining Walls division. You will manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to order, building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

The role combines sales, business development, technical quotation work, supplier liaison, and customer engagement, including office and site visits. You will collaborate with the Retaining Walls team to drive growth and customer satisfaction across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing commercial role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail when preparing quotations and sourcing costs.
• Ability to understand technical drawings, or a willingness to develop this skill.
• Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and developing customer relationships.
• Confident working independently while contributing to a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle for the retaining walls products, from initial enquiry and quotation through to order completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by telephone, email, and in person.
• Interpret technical drawings and prepare accurate, competitive project quotations.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products, manufacturing processes, and technical capabilities.
• Obtain and compare costs from existing and new suppliers, supporting effective procurement.
• Maintain commercial awareness and develop a strong network of industry contacts.
• Visit customers and clients for office meetings and site visits; support trade shows and CPD presentations.
