Job summary

Elite Precast Ltd is seeking an experienced Retaining Wall Specialist to drive growth and provide technical support for the Retainer-Rock wall system and other walling solutions. You will engage engineers, contractors and developers, develop project pipelines and guide projects from enquiry to completion with a strong commercial focus.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retaining walls or civil engineering sectors.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build relationships with engineers, contractors, developers and authorities.
Manage enquiries from initial contact through to project completion.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of projects and specifications.
Provide technical advice, pre-construction and post-sale support.
Review project requirements, drawings and site conditions.
Assist customers with layouts, quantities, installation and planning.
Prepare quotations and estimates.
Support installation with practical guidance and best practices.
