Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited has partnered with a globally recognised brand in Manchester to appoint a Sales Executive who will drive business growth, combine excellent customer service with a proactive sales approach, and manage both new and existing accounts.

Based in Oldham, this full-time, Monday–Friday role offers 37.5 hours weekly with a starting salary of around £28,000 and an OTE of £33,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and industry context.

Responsibilities

• Undertake retail and customer service activities within store to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Drive your own development through training and product knowledge.
• Identify and research new business leads to expand client base.
• Grow customer accounts via targeted cold and warm calling.
• Visit customers weekly to demonstrate products and nurture relationships.
• Handle sales orders, returns, and payments in line with company policies.
