Job summary

Optimise Talent Limited in Manchester is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to speak with potential business clients, set meetings, and follow up to onboard customers. The role offers a base salary of £30,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £60,000.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm in our Manchester City Centre offices, with a focus on warm leads, high-volume calls, and professional training to support your earnings and career development.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience in a sales role, ideally B2B.
• A consultative sales person who is highly organised and able to multi-task.
• A drove individual who is self motivated and money hungry.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm leads from the marketing team and book meetings with clients.
• Make large volumes of calls and arrange multiple visits and appointments.
• Identify pain points for clients and sell the benefits of the appointment.
• Follow up with clients after meetings to confirm the sale.

We are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Executives for our market leading outsource provider business based in Manchester City Centre!
