Job summary

Portakabin Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive in Manchester to drive sales and support order win opportunities. The role requires strong administrative skills, customer service experience, and a track record in a target-driven environment.

You will collaborate across teams, manage stock and payments, and contribute to successful business development campaigns while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring timely quotations and responses.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Experience of business development activities (inbound/outbound calling).
• GCSE Maths and English at minimum.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• SAP or similar systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
• Provide business development and sales support to achieve order targets.
• Assist onboarding and training for new team members.
• Identify and resolve issues to improve processes.
• Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction.
• Coordinate stock availability and refurbishment details.
• Expedite collection of outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate customer and stock records.
