Audi Approved Epsom is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our premium used car operation. You will focus on selling high-end vehicles in a focused, customer-centric environment and benefit from a comprehensive commission structure.

Expect a base salary from £18,000 rising to £24,000 with enhanced commissions up to 130% for over-target performance, plus a 10% chassis profit commission and an Audi Academy training path.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive retail sales.
• Ideally Volkswagen Group accreditation.
• Strong ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Organised, driven and self-motivated.
• Delivers exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium used cars within Audi Approved Epsom.
• Meet and exceed targets; 14-unit monthly target.
• Earn enhanced commission up to 130% for over-target performance.
