Job summary

Wilsons in Epsom is looking for a Sales Executive to sell new and used car products while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate must have a full UK Driving Licence and possess excellent time management and people skills.

This role offers a basic salary plus commission, a company car, and various employee benefits including discounts, pension, and social events. You'll be responsible for managing customer relationships and appraisals for exchanged vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Follow and consistently the manufacturer sales process, including meeting enquiry management targets.
• Understand manufacturer mystery shopping criteria and apply this knowledge when dealing with customers.
• Prospect for new and used car customers to create sales opportunities.
• Maintain contact with existing customers for potential repeat business.
• Manage preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers with a full briefing.
• Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.

Location: Epsom

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 to include weekends

Salary: Basic salary + Commission OTE £70K plus. Company car provided.

Role Overview

The role of the Sales Executive is to sell the manufacturer range of new and used car products while meeting agreed sales volumes.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow and consistently the manufacturer sales process, including meeting enquiry management targets.
• Understand manufacturer mystery shopping criteria and apply this knowledge when dealing with customers.
• Prospect for new and used car customers on a regular basis to create sales opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to ensure relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.
• Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer is given a full briefing on the operation of the vehicle and its controls.
• Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.

Essential Qualifications
