Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Executive for a Leeds City Centre training provider. The role focuses on converting enquiries into enrolments through a mix of telephone and face-to-face engagement, with targets and KPIs to drive course enrolments.

You will nurture warm leads, advise learners on suitable courses, and manage the customer journey from initial enquiry to enrolment, including CRM updates and documentation completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B and B2C sales or telesales is desirable.
• Able to convert enquiries into enrolments and achieve targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up warm enquiries and convert opportunities into enrolments.
• Meet prospective learners face-to-face at the Leeds office to discuss training options.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training courses.
• Build rapport and develop strong relationships with prospective learners.
• Discuss course options, benefits and next steps to encourage enrolment.
• Manage the customer journey from enquiry to enrolment and maintain records.
