Portakabin Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales and order-winning activities by promoting Portakabin products and services. The role is based in Trafford Park, with a strong emphasis on customer service, stock coordination, and timely quotations.

The ideal candidate has administrative experience in a customer service setting, a track record in a target-driven environment, and familiarity with SAP.

Competenze

• Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Experience in business development activities (inbound or outbound calling).
• Minimum GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English.
• Competent with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or similar systems).

Mansioni

• Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate across teams to support business development and sales targets.
• Support onboarding and provide training for new team members.
• Identify and resolve issues, escalating where necessary to improve processes.
• Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction and continuity of service.
• Collaborate to confirm stock availability, refurbishment and fit-out details.
• Expedite collection of outstanding customer payments.
• Maintain relationships and answer administrative queries in internal systems.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers on time.
• Respond to customer enquiries within agreed SLA timelines.
• Keep customer and stock data up-to-date in internal systems.
• Meet stock records accuracy targets and cash collection goals.
