Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Executive for our Canterbury team. The role focuses on driving new business, nurturing client relationships and presenting products and services to clients face to face and via calls.

The successful candidate will manage a sales pipeline, travel to client meetings, and work with the team to hit targets. Canterbury-based, full-time permanent position with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong prospecting and outbound sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Able to tailor product demonstrations to different audiences.
• Able to maintain strong client relationships and account management.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and hold a driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings to understand needs, present solutions and close opportunities.
• Generate new leads through research, networking and outreach.
• Make business development calls to qualify leads and arrange follow up meetings.
• Maintain excellent client relationships through regular contact, account management and proactive support.
• Conduct product and service demonstrations, tailoring presentations to client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow through to contract stage.
• Record all activity and pipeline updates accurately in the CRM and meet agreed sales targets.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum plus uncapped commission

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join a dynamic sales team based in Canterbury. The successful candidate will drive new business, nurture client relationships and confidently demonstrate products and services to prospective and existing clients both face to face and over the phone/teams calls.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings to understand needs, present solutions and close opportunities
• Prospect and generate new leads through research, networking and targeted outreach
• Make business development calls to qualify leads and arrange follow up meetings
• Maintain excellent client relationships through regular contact, account management and proactive support
• Conduct product and service demonstrations, tailoring presentations to client requirements
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow through to contract stage

Skills and experience

• Confident demonstrator of products and services with an ability to tailor demonstrations to different audiences
• Strong relationship building and client management abilities
• Comfortable making frequent business development calls and attending in-person client meetings
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel for client visits
