This is an inbound call role with outbound calls to existing customers.

Our client is based in North Coventry and are looking for motivated enthusiastic and target driven Sales Executives. Responsibilities

• Take Inbound calls from Customers and deal with any queries / enquiries regarding products deliveries or sales.
• Outbound calls to customers to progress sales opportunities from leads received via the website.
• Provide an outstanding Customer experience to all customers.
• Manage online chat platform to sell products and services provide product information and help customers to make a purchase decision.

Qualifications
