Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Sales Executive (Inbound Sales) in Buckingham to handle inbound enquiries from customers, prepare quotes, and drive opportunities through to order. You will nurture key accounts and collaborate with internal teams.

The role offers a base salary of 32,000–35,000 with an achievable OTE of around 40,000 and company benefits. Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with free parking. Our client is a UK manufacturer with over 20 years in the market.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably inbound, with an engineering or manufacturing background.
• Ability to handle quotations and convert enquiries to orders.
• Proven skill in building and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries from new and existing customers.
• Provide quotations and follow up opportunities to convert enquiries into orders.
• Manage sales opportunities through to order and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Work with a team to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

Are you a Sales Executive or similar from an Engineering or Manufacturing background looking for a inbound sales position, with no outbound cold-calling where you will be recognised for your success through a generous and achievable performance bonus?

In this role, you will be handling inbound sales enquiries from new and existing customers, providing quotations and following up on opportunities to help convert enquiries into orders. You will also carry out follow-up calls, manage key accounts, and work closely with the wider teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and managed effectively.

This well-established UK manufacturer has been operating for over 20 years and has continued to grow through investment in its people, processes and manufacturing capabilities. Producing a range of high-quality bespoke products for customers across the UK, the business has built a strong reputation within its industry and is now looking to continue its growth over the coming years.

This role would suit a Sales Executive, or similar, from an Engineering or Manufacturing background who is looking for an inbound sales position with no cold-calling, where you can increase your earnings through a generous performance bonus.
