Sales Executive - Insurance Training Provided

CKB Recruitment is working with an established insurance agency in Takeley to recruit a Sales Executive.

This is a development opportunity for someone with enthusiasm, initiative and the potential to become a successful sales professional. Full training on the insurance side will be provided, with a structured training plan to help you build your product knowledge and confidence.

You may already have some sales or customer-facing experience, or be looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your potential. What matters is your willingness to learn, your ability to build relationships and your motivation to generate new business.

The opportunity

As your knowledge develops, you'll help grow the agency's commercial client base by identifying prospects, starting conversations and understanding what businesses need from their insurance.

With training and support, you'll learn to:

What we're looking for

Previous insurance experience is not required. This role is aimed at someone with the potential and attitude to develop into a capable sales professional.

You’ll need:

• Confidence communicating with people and building new relationships.
• Enthusiasm, initiative and the motivation to create opportunities.
• A willingness to learn, retain information and develop your sales skills.
• A customer-focused approach and pride in providing a good service.
• Organisation and the ability to keep track of prospects and follow-ups.

• You’ll also need at least five GCSEs, including English Language and Mathematics, meeting the employer's stated minimum grade requirements.

The package

Starting salary from £30,000, depending on experience.

• 5% commission on commercial new business sold.
