An opportunity has arisen for a Car Sales Representative to join a dynamic business in the retail automotive sector known for their ambitious growth plans and strong operational focus.

This role offers an OTE salary of £70,000 & 100,000 and benefits.

As a Car Sales Representative, you will be selling a wide range of vehicles and add-on products, delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising your earnings.

You will be responsible for:

1. Matching customers with suitable cars and finance/protection packages.
2. Maximising earnings through upselling warranties, add-ons, and cover.
3. Handling objections with confidence and closing deals efficiently.
4. Delivering a customer experience that drives loyalty and referrals.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, Sales Representative, Sales Adviser or in a similar role.
2. Ideally have experience in sales (cars or otherwise).
3. High-energy, goal-driven, and resilient under pressure.
4. Full UK driving licence.
