Job summary

We Buy Any Car in Dartford is seeking a Sales Executive to join our expanding team. You will be the main contact for customers, driving appointments and closing sales while delivering exceptional service.

No prior car knowledge is required as training is provided, and you will work within a busy, target-driven environment. The role includes a competitive salary of £28,200 per year with potential on-target earnings (£35,220), a 42.5-hour week on a rotating pattern, and a suite of bonuses and

Responsibilities

• Buy cars as the main point of contact for customers and support branch operations.
• Prioritise diary to arrange appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent service.
• Coordinate with back office and team members as required.
• May transport purchased vehicles to various locations during quiet periods.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.
