Job description

Join the WeCar Technologies sales team to drive growth for both our brands. As a Sales Executive, you will sell Traknova (B2B brand) fleet software to corporate clients and GuardOn (B2C brand) security trackers/immobilisers to businesses and consumers. You’ll reach out to fleet operators and car buyers alike, presenting innovative solutions for vehicle management and theft prevention.

Demand is surging: the connected vehicle market is booming and UK car thefts hit 64,000 in 2023 (with only 25% recovered)– our ghost immobilisers help prevent theft whilst trackers like ours can boost recovery rates up to 95%. You’ll work fully remotely in a fast-paced startup where success directly reflects your input and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads in both B2B (fleet accounts, businesses) and B2C (individual consumers) channels.
  • Conduct outreach, demos (virtual or phone), and close sales of our telematics subscriptions and security devices.
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: proposals, negotiations, order processing and handover.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert product guidance.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on pipeline activity.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally selling tech products or services.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills.
  • Highly driven, confident and resilient – able to work independently from home
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in clear terms to non-technical customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation techniques is a plus.
  • Experience in telematics, automotive industry, or B2B sales is a plus

Compensation: This position is commission-only. All earnings come from your sales performance. Full commission structure will be disclosed at the interview stage
