• Ensuring all SOP’s that are laid out by senior level management are followed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Representation at various Trade Shows and expected to be part of the logistics and build-up process.

• Responding to emails from customers
• Being Adaptable to various different roles in busy periods

Candidate Profile

• Background/Knowledge of Firearms trade/ Shooting sports advantageous but not necessary.
• Knowledge and experience of working in different departments in retail would be an added advantage.
• Customer service oriented, prompt and driven to solve customer grievances.
• Fluent English imperative, knowledge of an additional language a benefit.
