Job summary

Sportsman Gun Centre in Exeter is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our busy shop. You will deliver excellent customer service and handle sales in-person and by phone, while managing enquiries and supporting the wider team.

This is a permanent role with training and progression opportunities in a busy retail environment. Applicants should have a minimum of two years in retail sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ retail sales experience (required).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Prior shooting knowledge is an advantage but not essential (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face and by phone.
• Handle sales and enquiries and support the shop team.
• Contribute to a busy, well-established retail environment and training opportunities.
