Job summary

Marshall Audi Taunton is seeking a confident, customer-focused Car Sales Executive to guide customers from first enquiry through to handover, helping them choose between a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance options.

This full-time role offers £27,000 basic with £50,000+ OTE, a company car, 25 days of leave plus bank holidays, life assurance and a pension, and a bespoke 3-day sales training program within Marshall Motor Group.

Qualifications

• Must have previous sales experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication abilities and a natural ability to build rapport.
• Motivated by targets and capable of delivering professional customer care.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through every stage of the car-buying journey, from initial enquiry to handover.
• Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions, including new or used vehicles and tailored finance/insurance options.

About The Role

Car Sales Executive

In this role:

• You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.
• You’ll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer’s needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that’s a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance options throughout our non-advised customer journey; you’ll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.
