Job summary

Marshall SKODA Croydon is looking for a confident, customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our team. You’ll guide customers through the car-buying journey from first enquiry through to handover, helping them find the right solution—new, used, or tailored finance options.

The role is full-time (40 hours) with a £27,000 basic and £50,000+ OTE, plus a company car, 25 days leave, life assurance and pension, and exclusive staff perks. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in automotive or similar fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport while working toward targets.
• Passion for delivering great outcomes and representing a trusted brand.

Car Sales Executive – Volume

Marshall SKODA Croydon

In this role:

• You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.
• You'll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer’s needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that’s a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance options throughout our non-advised customer journey; you’ll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.
• Most importantly, someone who's passionate about delivering great outcomes and proud to represent a brand that people trust.
