Marshall Volkswagen Bridgwater is seeking a confident, customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a trusted automotive brand.

You’ll guide customers through every stage of the car-buying journey, from initial enquiry to handover, building lasting relationships and tailoring finance and insurance options.

This full-time, 40-hour week role offers £27,000 basic, £50,000+ OTE, a company car, first-month guaranteed earnings of £3,333, and 25 days’ leave.

In this role:

• You'll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.
• You'll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer's needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that's a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance optionsthroughout our non-advised customer journey; you'll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.
• Most importantly, someone who's passionate about delivering great outcomes and proud to represent a brand that people trust.
