Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Chichester is seeking a confident Car Sales Executive to guide customers from first enquiry to handover, building lasting relationships and tailoring finance options. The role offers a £27,000 basic salary with £50,000+ OTE, a company car and the first month guaranteed earnings of £3,333, plus 25 days’ annual leave and a pension.

This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role requires strong communication, a customer-focused approach and a drive to achieve targets.

In this role:

• You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.
  
• You’ll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer’s needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that’s a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance options throughout our non-advised customer journey; you’ll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.
• Most importantly, someone who's passionate about delivering great outcomes and proud to represent a brand that people trust.
