Endeavour Automotive is one of the UK’s fastest-growing dealer groups, representing global brands such as Volvo, Hyundai, LEVC, Lotus, INEOS, and Polestar across 22 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, and Essex. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Volvo Romford team.

Sales Executive – Volvo Cars Romford

Salary: £20,000 OTE £45,000

Job Location: London Road Garage, Eastern Avenue, West Romford, RM5 3AD

Responsibilities include all aspects of sales, including finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products. The Sales Executive will act as a brand ambassador, creating memorable experiences and providing excellent customer service.

Who You Are

We seek a team player who thrives in a customer-centric, creative, and results-driven environment. You should lead by example, maintain high standards, and stay composed in challenging situations. A logical, innovative approach and charisma are essential.

To succeed, you should have a passion for the Volvo brand, at least 1 year of automotive sales experience, and a proven track record of achieving results. Excellent communication skills and a dedication to outstanding customer service are required.
