Job summary

We Buy Any Car is seeking a Sales Executive in the West Midlands to join a fast-growing national car-buying network. The role involves meeting targets, delivering excellent customer service, and managing bookings while working across a 42.5-hour week on a rotating pattern that includes weekends.

Initial training will cover all car knowledge and sales processes. A full UK driving licence is required; the role offers generous bonus schemes and opportunities for progression within a market-leading

Responsibilities

• Occasionally transport purchased vehicles to locations such as BCA sites.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.
