What You'll Be Doing

You will undergo thorough training to become knowledgeable about our products; you'll take pride in them and confidently sell them to customers, leveraging your existing and developing sales skills.

Your Role Will Involve
  • Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers at their homes or utilizing our new remote selling framework
  • Delivering persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes into sales
  • Educating customers about our products and services, thinking quickly and cross-selling other products when appropriate
  • Working closely with customers to meet their unique requirements, ensuring first-time right the first time
What We're Looking For

You should be self-motivated and confident in communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • Flexible in managing varied workloads and working hours
  • Consistently providing high-quality customer service
  • Preferably experienced in Home Improvements or similar fields
  • A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car
