About the Role: We are seeking a Sales Executive to grow revenue for the HLTH Community via memberships and sponsorships. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of digital health and a proven track record of hunting new business and exceeding sales targets. The role is remote and based anywhere in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive customer growth for HLTH Community
  2. Generate new business pipeline through prospecting and hunting
  3. Manage inbound sales requests
  4. Develop and execute strategic sales plans
  5. Reengage lapsed accounts
  6. Track leads accurately in the sales pipeline
  7. Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
  8. Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations
  9. Lead end-to-end sales processes
  10. Conduct market research to identify new target customers
  11. Create prospecting content and execute LinkedIn campaigns
  12. Sell memberships and sponsorships, including webinars, roundtables, events, and reports

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise/SaaS sales or meeting/exceeding targets (must be detailed in CV)
  • Proven success in hunting and closing new business within healthcare
  • Knowledge of digital health highly desired

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building a pipeline from scratch
  • Extensive network in digital health
  • Flexibility, energy, and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to operate independently and in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent rapport-building skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Healthcare, Business, or related field
