Join our thriving Honda dealership in Orpington as we expand our Sales team. We're seeking experienced Automotive Sales Executives ready to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering a consistent and customer-focused sales experience, using a 360-degree approach.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with all showroom, telephone, and online enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Guiding customers through the entire sales journey—from initial greeting to negotiation and handover
• Utilizing the Brayleys sales process to manage enquiries effectively and maximise conversions
• Promoting additional products and services that meet customer needs, enhancing satisfaction and profitability
• Ensuring customer expectations are exceeded at every stage of the experience

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven success in automotive or other high-value sales environments
• A strong background in customer-facing roles with a focus on service excellence
• Confident communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
• A passion for meeting and exceeding performance targets
• A full UK driving licence
