Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Executive. You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift including weekends, with a strong starting salary of £28,200 per year plus OTE £35,220.

You will be the main contact for customers, perform car appraisals, negotiate, and close deals while delivering outstanding customer service. Comprehensive training and a generous bonus scheme accompany a market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; you are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
