Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our growing team across the UK. The role combines customer engagement, car appraisals, and closing deals, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern, with weekend work, and earn a base salary of £28,200 with generous monthly and annual bonuses. Training is provided and progression opportunities exist within a market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
