Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in Birmingham is seeking a Sales Executive to drive car sales at our branch and be the main point of contact for customers. You will arrange appointments, perform appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals while delivering outstanding service.

No prior car knowledge is required as comprehensive training is provided; you will work a 42.5-hour week on a 5 on/2 off rota, including weekends, with fantastic monthly and annual bonuses and a strong progression path.

Qualifications

• Need a full UK manual driving license and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, customer service and IT skills are essential.
• Organised, proactive and capable of building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers and manage branch operations.
• Contact customers, prioritise diary to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and provide exemplary service.
• Coordinate with back-office and team members to ensure smooth operations.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
• Excellent administration and IT skills
