Account Executive - SaaS CRM
Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
£40,000 - £55,000 + OTE

Sphere Digital Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing global SaaS company that's helping businesses across the UK transform their operations with an all-in-one suite of CRM and business tools. Already trusted by major household names, this business is scaling fast - and they're now looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid SaaS sales background who thrives in a consultative, fast-paced sales environment and wants to be part of a company with real global backing.

The Role:

As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle - from discovery to close - selling into SMB and mid-market businesses across a range of industries.

  • Manage a pipeline of new business opportunities generated through inbound and outbound channels

  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions using a broad suite of SaaS products

  • Deliver engaging product demos and commercial proposals

  • Own relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle

  • Collaborate closely with presales, marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless experience

  • Provide accurate forecasting and sales reporting

You:
  • 2-4 years' experience in a SaaS sales role, ideally with CRM, marketing, or business software

  • Proven ability to exceed new business targets in B2B environments

  • Strong consultative selling skills and confidence managing the full sales cycle

  • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid model (2 days in Milton Keynes office)

  • Must have full right to work in the UK (UK or EU passport/work authorisation)
