What is Noda?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we're seeking a talented Sales Executive (Cards) to be part of our dynamic team.

Your mission:

Your mission will be to drive growth by connecting merchants with Noda's cutting-edge payment solutions. Leveraging your extensive network of online merchants, you’ll identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and position our solutions as essential to their success. Your ability to turn relationships into results will be crucial in this role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Tap into your professional network to uncover, engage, and convert top-tier prospects into long-term clients.
  • Consistently build and grow a healthy sales pipeline by conducting up to 20 weekly meetings or calls with potential merchants.
  • Assess merchants' business models, review historical payment data, and carry out preliminary compliance checks on their websites.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies aimed at activating 5–10 new merchants per month.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle — from lead qualification and deal negotiation to contract signing and go-live coordination.
  • Represent the company at industry gatherings, conferences, and networking events, helping to strengthen brand visibility and relationships.
  • Monitor your pipeline and performance metrics, providing regular insights and reports to the leadership team.
  • Work closely with internal departments — including compliance, onboarding, and ops — to ensure a seamless merchant onboarding experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the payments industry, particularly in acquiring e-commerce merchants.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture a high-quality merchant pipeline through bothcold outreach and warm introductions.
  • In-depth knowledge of card acquiring
  • Skilled at performing merchant assessments, including website reviews, document checks, and transaction data analysis.
  • Possesses a well-established network within the e-commerce sector, ideally across mid, low and high-risk verticals.
  • Able to hit the ground running by launching multiple merchant projects within the first month.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills in English; additional European language is a plus.
  • Self-starter who thrives in remote work settings, and brings a proactive, organized, and results-driven approach.
  • Data-savvy and adaptable — capable of evaluating sales performance and quickly responding to evolving priorities.
