JOB TITLE: Sales Executive

LOCATION: Market Harborough

SALARY: £29,000 - £32,500 Basic (+ commission)

HOURS OF WORK: Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm


The COMPANY

Our client is a very well-established, market-leading business event organizer, bringing together businesses for excellent networking opportunities. Our client is currently looking for a Sales Executive to join their expanding team.


The ROLE

The successful telesales Executive, you will be required to do the following:

  1. Use your sales skills to attract companies to participate at events.
  2. Present the benefits of the events to potential clients, negotiate packages, and secure their participation.
  3. Identify and approach potential clients using tools such as Google and LinkedIn and build a robust sales pipeline.
  4. Manage your own client accounts, develop relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Attend events to understand the environment and ensure successful outcomes for your clients.

CANDIDATE

Our client is looking for a strong sales consultant with the following experience and attributes:

  1. Proven track record in a sales or telesales role.
  2. Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality.
  3. Confident in pitching ideas and negotiating terms.
  4. Demonstrated success in building and managing sales pipelines.
  5. Strong skills in maintaining and growing client relationships.
  6. Understanding the value of repeat business and client retention.
