Job summary

Optimise Talent Ltd in Manchester City Centre is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our market leading outsource provider. Earn a base salary of £30,000 with an uncapped commission and OTE of £60,000, plus 31 days holiday and pension.

Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, no weekends, with regular all-expenses-paid socials and clear career development. You will follow up warm leads, book meetings with clients, perform high-volume calls and organise visits, with a consultative,

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience in a sales role, ideally B2B.
• Must be highly organised and able to multi-task.
• Motivated to achieve high earnings and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Following up on warm leads from the marketing team and booking meetings with clients.
• Making large volumes of calls and arranging visits and appointments.
• Identifying client pain points and selling the benefits of the appointment.
• Following up with clients after meetings to confirm sales.
