We currently have an opportunity to join our growing Commercial team as a Sales Executive.

Your role:

In this role, you\'ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Suffolk, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our services through tailored solutions. You\'ll manage the full sales journey, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and customer-focused experience. Working closely with internal teams, you\'ll help deliver high-quality proposals, support bids, and contribute service improvements that meet client needs and drive growth. You will also produce reports on current and proposed commercial activity to enable the company to grow, learn and adapt to the commercial landscape.

What you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Willingness to travel between customer locations in Suffolk to build commercial relationships
