Job summary

The Dorchester in London is looking for an energetic Sales Executive to drive revenue across The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park. You will cultivate new client relationships while maintaining existing accounts, delivering targeted hospitality sales and achieving personal targets in a high-profile luxury setting.

You will work with a dedicated team, supported by our learning academy to develop craft, service and leadership skills, with a path to growth within the Dorchester Collection.

• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships across territories.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane, and Coworth Park to assigned territories/industry segments.
• Introduce new clients while maintaining existing relationships to drive targeted business into the hotels.
• Achieve individual goals from assigned territories/industry segments and help meet annual hotel budgets.
• Have a clear understanding of broad hotel goals and contribute to revenue generation.
• Collaborate with the proactive sales team to grow hotel bookings and guest experiences.
