Job summary

The Dorchester Collection is seeking a Social Media and Content Executive for The Dorchester, Coworth Park and 45 Park Lane. You’ll drive social media strategy, craft engaging content, and ensure brand alignment across platforms.

You’ll collaborate with in-house teams, attend shoots and events, and help elevate guest experiences through compelling storytelling and visual content. This role emphasizes creativity, precision, and a premium hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media and content creation, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and customer service ethos.
• English as the primary hotel language.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media activities for The Dorchester, Coworth Park & 45 Park Lane to deliver top guest experiences.
• Implement the social media strategy and create engaging content across channels.
• Collaborate with brand marketing on content and align with paid social activity.
• Attend content shoots with hotel operations to ensure smooth delivery.
• Attend events to capture and edit content on camera and with an iPhone.
• Guard the visual identity of social channels and align with the wider Dorchester Collection strategy.
• Regularly post for The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park channels.
• Write creative captions aligned to brand tone of voice.

What you'll do

As Social Media and Content Executive, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests.

• You will be responsible for managing social media activities for The Dorchester, Coworth Park & 45 Park Lane to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• Implement Dorchester Collection social media strategy, creating engaging and relevant content for social media channels
• Work with brand marketing team on content creation and ensure alignment with the paid social activity overseen by the Digital team
• Attend and manage content shoots working with the hotel operations team to ensure a smooth delivery
• Attend hotel events to capture and edit relevant content. Ability to shoot on camera and iPhone
• Brand guardian of the visual aesthetic of all social media channels, curating a look and feel appropriate and aligned with Dorchester Collection’s wider visual strategy
• Management of regular posting on The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park channels
• Write creative, engaging and accurate social copy, captions that are aligned to our brand tone of voice

What you'll bring

• Previous experience as a Social Media and Content Executive, preferably in a luxury hotel
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Previous experience managing high profile social media channels
• Comfortable presenting ideas and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns
• Excellent attention to detail
• An eye for a pleasing aesthetic across social
• Previous experience with reporting platforms
• Good working knowledge of Lightroom a bonus, image resizing and uploading
• Highly organised, and able to thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
