Job summary

The Dorchester in London is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business across assigned territories for The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane, and Coworth Park, delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will build strong client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and strive to meet and exceed hotel budgets with a motivated sales team in a luxury hospitality setting.

This role rewards energy, initiative, and exceptional communication in a team that values creativity, respect, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proactively sell The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park to assigned territories/industry segments.
• Introduce new clients, whilst maintaining existing relationships to drive targeted business into the hotels.
• Achieve individual goals from assigned territories/industry segments, and with the proactive sales team meet and exceed annual hotels' budgets.
• Have a clear understanding of broad hotel goals.
• Communication is strong with a customer service ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel.
