The Dorchester Collection is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Executive. You will drive luxury digital campaigns, manage content and ecommerce activities across channels, and collaborate with hotel teams to reflect our brands’ premium positioning.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing, content, ecommerce or hospitality marketing within luxury brands.
• Experience working with CRM and email platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO tools.
• Understanding of paid media channels including Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience managing OTA content and ecommerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of image editing and creative briefing processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, engagement and brand awareness through digital marketing, content and ecommerce activity.
• Deliver and optimise digital campaigns across website, email, search, social media, OTA content and third-party platforms.

What you'll do

As Digital Marketing & Content Executive, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests.

• The Digital Marketing & content executive will help drive revenue, engagement and brand awareness through best-in-class digital marketing, content, and ecommerce activity.
• You will play a key role in delivering and optimising digital campaigns across website, email, search, social media, online travel agencies, and third-party platforms. Combining strong content management skills with a data‑driven mindset, you will help ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the luxury positioning of our brands while supporting commercial objectives.
• You will work collaboratively with hotel teams, corporate digital teams and external partners to coordinate content and campaign requirements across multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
