Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Sales Executive in Hendon, North London, to join an established main dealership. You will handle showroom, phone and online enquiries, understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process toward handover with an uncapped earning potential.

The role offers a basic salary of £22,500 plus bonus, with an on-target earnings of £50,000+. Full-time hours; a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are essential; automotive

Qualifications

• Previous automotive retail or car sales experience is not required but helpful.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills are important.
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle showroom, telephone and online customer enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Explain available finance options and additional products.
• Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Build customer relationships and generate repeat business.
• Manage sales leads, appointments and follow-up activity.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Sales Executive - Hendon

We are recruiting for a Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive, Vehicle Sales Executive or Automotive Sales Executive to join an established main dealership in Hendon. Previous automotive experience is not essential; applicants with sales experience in retail, hospitality, car rental, estate agency, telecommunications or similar customer-facing environments are encouraged to apply. A Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK are essential. No formal automotive qualifications are required.
