The Portfolio Group in Manchester is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will engage clients with a consultative approach, book meetings and close deals in a high-energy environment.

Job description

Sales Executive - Manchester

Up to £28,000 basic salary & uncapped commission = £65,000+

Additional quarterly bonus of up to £4,000 every quarter

Let us start by telling you current successes in our sales team:

• Our current top performer is earning £120,000 so far on the sales team
• A newbie who has been with us 3 months has already earnt £10,000 in comms
• We have an Exec who is currently hitting £5,000 every month in commission
• We've just promoted an Exec to BDM after 18 months of strong performance
• We are currently reviewing basic salaries every 6 months

If you're a sales professional who prefers a consultative sales approach then our sales team is a great match for you, with us preferring an unscripted, free flowing conversation with our clients to really get to know their needs, pain points, and correctly sell the benefits of our products and services.

We have good intentions on every sales call we make.

Our role is about confidence, and mindset. We want sales staff who are comfortable picking up the phone, making dials happen, and booking meetings. With an average deal being worth £13,000 the money you make off the back of closed sales means life changing money.

In a short period of time our sales staff earnt money for houses, cars, dream holidays and lifestyles - the proof truly is in our current team's success.

We expect you to be in this role for a minimum of 10-12 months and then you'll be looking at your first promotion. Our CEO likes to reward strong performance, so you can expect your name up on boards, winning competitions, being taken on trips abroad, and being promoted into BDM or leadership roles.
